Children's Forest

The Children's Forest is a journey with children: connecting with nature, imagining the future forest, planting tress in a heart-centred way and tending the forest together into the future. Throughout March, Danehill children planted trees in order to transform a field at Wowo campsite into our children's forest.

Our journey began with our school pilgrimage last summer, when we walked from Danehill to Wowo campsite. We walked through fields and woodland, looking out for mature, healthy trees that could provide seeds for saplings that will become the next generation of trees.
