As mathematicians, our children will develop a deep conceptual understanding through exploration, reasoning and problem solving. They will learn new concepts using the concrete, pictorial then abstract. We support our children to think mathematically, be empowered to solve problems, and to reason and confidently approach challenges in a variety of contexts.
Our maths mastery curriculum has been developed to ensure every child can achieve success in mathematics so that they leave as accomplished, determined and resilient mathematicians who understand that mathematics is a crucial part of everyday life and the world we live in.
