A warm welcome from Caroline Powell, your interim headteacher, and Sarah Smith who provides headship on Fridays.
From this term the school has been working in partnership with the Pioneer Federation of local primary schools (link to parent letter). We are fortunate to have a dedicated and caring staff team who work closely with families, governors and the wider community to ensure that every child experiences success, both in and beyond the classroom.
Our broad and engaging curriculum supports children to develop the knowledge, skills and positive learning habits they need to achieve their very best. We are working to develop the curriculum further, building on the five established principles of Enlivened Learning. We make the very best use of our learning environments, both indoors and outdoors, providing engaging and meaningful experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity and a love of learning. We are committed to nurturing confident, resilient and compassionate learners who are well prepared for the next stage of their education.
We are both delighted to be part of the Danehill Primary School community and look forward to building on the foundations already in place. Together, we will continue to ensure that our school is a place where every child is valued, encouraged to flourish, and inspired to reach their full potential.
